One Day "Shubh" and "Labh" sons of Lord "Shree Ganesh" too upset. They didn't have a sister to celebrate a festival "Raksha Bandhan". Both sons requested father to father "Shree Ganesh" and also Narad Muni supported to Shubh and Labh. Finally, Shree Ganesh creates "Santoshi Mata" by emerged flames from his both wives "Riddhi" and "Siddhi".The new sister gives awesome satisfaction to Both sons and both wives of "Shree Ganesh" hence they decide to keep the name of a girl "Santoshi". From that day a Raksha Bandhan gets so much importance in human being also.

This is one of the stories regarding Raksha Bandhan festival. It's a Hindu festival which one of the pillars of Hindu festival culture. As it is Hindu festival but nowadays it celebrates all over the world in so many countries and so many religions also.

Raksha Bandhan or Rakhi festival comes in "Shravan" a Marathi calendar month on full moon day. Basically in July or sometimes June also. It also says "Shravani Purnima" day.

Before 15 days of Raksha Bandhan all shops of Indian Cities and villages full with so many designer Rakhis. Actually, Rakhi will tie up on Brother's hand but it firstly discovers a Sister choice sense. Hence all sisters purchase Rakhi always with so much care and research in plenty of shops for latest and awesome design.

Brothers are so caring who started to search the best gift to her sister for giving after tying up a Rakhi. Mostly he cares for a requirement of the sister. I was also seen, wanna I am also saving my pocket money for two months before to give a better gift to my sweet sister.

The occasion Raksha Bandhan fills a joy and happiness everywhere. The Rakhi creates a strong Bond between brother and sister relationship. Brother's get awareness his duties regarding sister protection and her total care. Sister's pray to God for brother's long life and successful achievements in life.

Raksha Bandhan is a culture of India who supports to unity and happy families. The Happy family never complete without the joyful and happy moments of brother and sister.
